People who live in rural Virginia have seen a larger rise in their incomes so far this decade than people who live in metro areas, according to a recent report out of the University of Virginia’s Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service. The Cooper Center leverages the research, expertise, and resources of the University of Virginia to inform public policy, develop public leaders, and deliver strategic and technical assistance across the Commonwealth.
